Jerry is the founder and Executive Director of CedarBrook Family Center. He provides counseling for children, adolescents, and families with a special sensitivity for those healing from maltreatment, abuse, and relationship difficulties. He provides community and professional education on a wide range of human growth and development topics.
Jerry has been a psychotherapist at Northern Pines Mental Health Center in Brainerd, MN where he worked with children, adolescents and adults in a rural, four-county Community Mental Health Center collaborative.
Jerry has served as a therapist at the Domestic Abuse Project in Minneapolis, MN where he worked with men who wanted to change their abusive behavior and children who were exposed to domestic violence. At different times he served as the Interim Director of Children’s Programs and the Coordinator of the Men’s After Care program.
In addition, Jerry has worked as a psychotherapist at River City Mental Health Clinic in St. Paul, MN.
Jerry taught for seven years and was a principal for eight years. He has been the director of adult education at a church community in Roseville, MN. More detail will follow.
